I'm Tyler Arnold, and my family runs Big Chief Roofing right here in Branson. Tyler is usually juggling about eight things at once, an energy drink in one hand and a phone in the other, climbing around on a roof high enough to make his wife look away. Ask what he's thinking about up there and the honest answer is probably golf. He built Big Chief Roofing on one simple idea: do honest work, treat folks like neighbors, and always show up when you say you will. (He's still working on that last part when it comes to tee times.)
Erin Arnold
The Actual Boss
Erin is Tyler's wife and the real one in charge, no contest. She runs the family schedule, homeschools the kids, and keeps the whole operation from flying off the rails. Tyler gets to do eight things at once because Erin is quietly handling the other eighty. If Big Chief Roofing is a ship that runs smooth, she's the one steering while Tyler waves from up in the crow's nest.
Bo Arnold
Future CEO (His Words, Not Ours)
Bo is Tyler's son and the self-appointed future boss of Big Chief Roofing. He's already got the leadership thing figured out, mostly by negotiating golf outings into the work schedule on a regular basis. Give it a few years and he'll either be running the company or running a golf course. Knowing Bo, probably both.
Peyton Arnold

Peyton is Tyler's daughter and his mini-me when it comes to being fearless. You'll usually spot her with a snack in hand, cheerfully breaking every safety rule we're supposed to have, all because she learned it from watching Dad. She keeps everybody on their toes, and every now and then on their last nerve.

Ella is the youngest, and she decided a while back that sleep is optional, for everybody. She's already mastered management by getting the whole household to work around her schedule. The rest of us just do what she says and hope for a quiet night.
